Accommodation at Godawan Garh is Clean and Hygienic,
We have six huts that can accommodate two people each and one dormitory for four to six persons.
We also arrange safaris.
The food is vegetarian fare.
Home cooked vegetarian food is provided to guest, Fresh Mineral water is served.
No Pesticide,No Chemical Fertilizers for godawan Garh’s use.
Bookings are all by prior emails or calling ( No walk in tourist please. )
Solar Power and Rainwater is used at godawan Garh.
RESPECTING THE LOCAL LAWS & CUSTOMS, ALCOHOL IS NOT PROVIDED OR PERMITTED.

Godawan Garh Booking Terms & Condition

Tour Cost :

Tour Cost will include Accommodation on twin sharing basis.
Transportation by dedicated vehicle with driver.
All vegetarian meals (Unless so specified).
Birding Guide (Unless so specified).
Local Sightseeing as per Itinerary

(Note:- Tour cost does not include personal or incidental expenses, personal insurance, laundry, phone calls, tips, evacuation charges, camera fee, and mineral water. Any extra services that the client may desire will have to be paid directly)

Payment

25 % of the total payment will have to be paid at the time of bookings.
Booking amount is non refundable.
Remaining amount is expected to be paid 45 days before commencement of the tour.
Please ask for remittance details. (We do not accept credit cards)

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

The booking advance is non refundable.
If the tour is cancelled after payment of the full amount, refunds will be entitled as follows. :
– 30 days or less before the tour commencement date – no refund.
– More than 30 days and less than 90 days before the commencement of the tour – 50% the tour cost amount.
– More than 90 days – 75% of the tour cost amount.

Liability

We will not be responsible for:

Any loss, damage, accident to any luggage and property during the trip.
Delays or alterations in program or expenses incurred due to flight cancellations, strikes, vehicle breakdown, sickness, weather, war, civil unrest or disputes.
Any accident in the field.

Insurance

We carry no insurance liability. Please get insurance cover prior to commencement of the tour.
